RAC Alert

This site contains the documentation for the components of the RAC Alert software solution.

The four main sections are as follows:

Service Provider

The Service Provider is the software component that runs on the PC/Tablet of a 'Service Provider' or 'Patrol' unit.

The Operations Centre is the software component that runs on the PC of a user in the Operations Centre.

The Web Service coordinates between the Service Provider and the Operations Centre.

The database contains all the data required by the system.
